STAIN ON VEGAS WALL BECOMES BVM EVENT

Is it just a water stain on the side of a Las Vegas home, or could it be an apparition of the Virgin Mary? Whatever it is, it's attracting a lot of attention. There was a big article in Tuesday's Las Vegas Sun and dozens of people have come, convinced that something supernatural has occurred.

People are coming by on foot and in cars to see what all the fuss is about. Freddy Montero and his wife Chillee own the house, which is fast becoming a small tourist attraction. The image on the wall is nowhere near as striking as the famed cheese sandwich, which spent some time on display in Las Vegas.

There seems little doubt that water is the source of this mysterious outline. Either from a sprinkler or runoff from the roof above. People have come here to leave candles and flowers in front of the image. The Montero family says people are welcome to come by and check things out for themselves. The home is located at the corner of Antelope and Cobblestone, just off Alta, west of Rainbow.
