READER PHOTO'S OF PHANTOM FELINE?

From Pennsylvania, reader Elizabeth sent the following two images for us all to ponder on.

The photo's are reproduced here in the order in which they were taken, within 35 seconds of each other at around 7:49PM on the evening of May 16.

FS is of the opinion the new camera (HP Photosmart M627, btw) did capture an anomaly of some kind and on both occasions. It also appears to us as feline in body shape. There's even a strong indication that this phantom pussy possesses paws.

Elizabeth thinks the same but adds, "All i can say is it wasn't one of my live, in the physical, cats...so who knows...."

Perhaps you have an explanation, reader? Trick of the light? Dust?
