For some decades the aerospace military industrial
regime has maintained a low-orbit space park
for global surveillance, intelligence gathering --
and global domination vis-a-vis its nuclear
weapons caches.
The StratoPark is so-named because it's locus
is at the stratopause -- 50 kilometers of
elevation -- the warmest temperature region
of the stratosphere and mesosphere.
The StratoPark -- multi-kilometer-long
spaceplane-dirigible arrays -- with rocket
propulsion -- occupies a "retrograde orbit".
That is, they fly at Mach 1.33 -- one and a
third times the speed of sound -- orbiting
the Earth in 24 hours in a reverse orbit!
By having a 24-hour orbit, they can always stay
on the nightside of the planet -- opposite the
Sun -- while overflying the whole of the planet
every day.
One of the manufacturers of the StratoArks
or giant dirigible spaceplanes -- is reported to
be Westinghouse Electric Corp. [One of the black
industry
intelligence and nuclear manufacturers -- who are also
responsible for maintaining global control and
surveillance of the internet, for the US govt.]
In the coming months we will be soliciting input
from amateur astronomers, and aerospace engineers
and dissident physicists -- on what they can find,
or infer; or what they have heard about the global
military spacepark. The Black StratoPark.

sketches or artwork, or photos, from anyone -- I will
add them to the site. Similar for html reports
and analysis of what is going on up there!
And, as soon as I can locate them in my files, will
post the graphs of stratospheric temperature
vs altitude -- showing the preferred orbits
and velocities of the 'Domination Bases'
or 'Domination Parks'.
