A Peruvian newspaper recently published this photograph of an unidentified object, taken June 8 in the vicinity of the Ubinas volcano, Moquegua.

According to the account, Marco Antonio Zevallos, a member of the Regional Committee of Civil Defense, claimed it shows the possible presence of a ufo.

The newspaper called upon experts for a preliminary examination of the picture and they agreed the camera had caught an anomalous object crossing its field of view at great speed.

Maybe a bird or an insect.

While Anthony Choy, an investigator of anomalous aerial phenomena, indicated that many ufológiists noted that such events are often related to catastrophes, either natural or man made.

As an example, he mentioned the photographic series of ufo's filmed during the innumerable eruptions of the volcano Mt Popocatépetl (Mexico), the last tsunami in the Pacific and on September 11 in New York.
